Retrieving your manual after payment has been completed
Our servers will automatically send out an email that contains a code that can be used to get access to the manual. The only problem with this method, is that email is inherently unreliable. Sometimes customers will never get the email since their ISP's mail or spam settings are preventing it from getting through. This is why it is important to signup for an account on the forum to get access to your manual through the site. Below I will go through the signup process with you, and how to download your purchased manual once an account has been created.
Step 1:
Click the "My Account" Link (top left of screen).
Step 2:
If you aren't signed in, you will be taken to the following screen. If you don't have an account, please click on the "Register" Link. (See image below).
Step 3:
When filling out the registration form, it is a must to enter the same email address here that you use with PayPal. This is how we associate your purchase with your account. If you fail to do this, you will not be able to retrieve your manuals.
Once all of the required fields are completed, click on the "Submit" button towards the bottom of the page. Once you do this, you will be taken to the following page.
Step 4: Accessing the "My Account" page
Now that you have successfully created an account, you can click the "Log in" (directly below the "Register" link that you clicked on earlier.) This will bring you to the same page that is pictured above. Just enter the username and password that you just created to login. Once you have successfully logged in, you will be taken to the Forum Index.
Now you can click the "My Account" link toward the top-left portion of the screen. This will bring you to the "My Account" page shown below.
On this page you will notice a few features. First is the number of credits. You can earn credits on the site by uploading manuals or submitting a link to this site from another site. Go Here for more details about the credit system.
Step 5: Downloading Your Manuals
If you have purchased a manual, you can download it by clicking on the "View Orders" link. This will bring up a list of all the manuals that you have purchased.
Once the list is displayed, simply click on the "Download Manual" link to retrieve your manual.
That's it. The most time consuming part is signing up for an account, but once you do this, you wont need the code to download your manuals. You can also have access to the manual from any computer with an internet connection.
If you have any additional questions that this guide did not answer for you, please check out the forum.
